A Notepad++ for your whiteboard — multiple named boards, switch in a click, resume mid-thought.
Pencil Box is built for quick thinking — wireframes on a call, math on a tablet, doodles while brainstorming. No signup wall, no cloud upload, no install dialog. Open the tab, draw, and come back later.
Unlike heavy design tools, Pencil Box is a browser drawing board with zero setup. Your boards auto-save in local storage, so a refresh or a closed tab does not wipe your work. Named tabs keep ideas separated the way a code editor keeps files open — a Notepad++ for your whiteboard.
Whether you need a simple sketch pad, a persistent whiteboard for study notes, or a lightweight canvas for team huddles, Pencil Box keeps the tools visible and the friction invisible.
